Agih Sylvester Isaac is a legal practitioner and principal counsel with S.I AGIH & Co. (Elites Chambers). He is also a legal consultant with Citizens Gavel Foundation for Social Justice as well as a legal researcher for Diamond and Lilly. He holds a bachelor of laws degree (LLB Hons.) from Benue State University, Makurdi and is admitted to practice law in Nigeria.

Agih cut his teeth in litigation, corporate and property practice group of some of the largest firms in Nigeria and has years of experience with nonprofit organizations in Nigeria.

He is currently a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Amnesty International, Coalition of Lawyers for Press Freedom, Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI NETWORK) as well as a volunteer lawyer with Network of Pro Bono Lawyers, iprobono, Project Freedom and United Nations.

Agih is passionate about social justice and believes in equality of rights irrespective of sexual orientation. He provides legal support for victims of human rights abuse as well as advocates for the rights of indigent Nigerians and the entrenchment of the rule of law. He is one of the 2019 alumni fellows of the BAF Media Justice Fellowship.
