At Bisi Alimi Foundation, research forms the bedrock of our work.

We believe in the power of data, but importantly, we believe in the power of the people and the story behind the data. Our research will “generate evidence to inform programming and policies” that will positively impact on the mental, sexual and physical health of LGBT people in Nigeria. BAF’s research will also help to “build a knowledge repository on LGBT and Diversity & Inclusion issues in Nigeria” and finally accelerate social acceptance for LGBT people.
