Ethan is a government relations professional working in the City of London representing financial and related professional services.

In his spare time, he founded and directs the national, award winning FreedomToDonate campaign, recently announcing a world-leading blood donation policy for gay and bi men in the UK.

He also founded and runs the LGBT+ professional network, InterComms LGBT+ Network, sits on the Terrence Higgins Trust’s Advisory Board and co-founded and runs the UK’s first queer beer company, PROUD Beer, supporting LGBT+ charities with every bottle sold.
