Nwangene Christian W. is a broadcast journalist and has been working with a leading national radio for years as a reporter and editor.
He is a Human rights/gender/development activist and has written impact stories on women empowerment, gender equality, and HIV/AIDS. More recently, He has become passionate about LGBT issues in Nigeria. His reports are geared towards stimulating social action.
His special report on child defilement in Enugu State was part of the media effort that set the agenda for a government which led to positive outcomes.
He holds BA in mass communication from Anambra State University, Uli, Anambra state. He lives in Enugu, Nigeria.
- Organized a step-down training with selected LGBT community members in Enugu State, Nigeria on advocacy for the marginalized and the oppressed from a social justice and human rights perspective in March 2018.
