My name is Nwangwu Eudora, an intersex, gender equality and sexual right activist, a feminist who is passionate about women and human rights. I am a young Key Population Leader and a photo-voice specialist. I graduated from Anambra state College of Health Technology where I studied Pharmaceutical technology. I am committed to community service and social justice. My work majorly reflects the importance of promotion and protection of the sexual minorities in Nigeria.
I have worked with two LGBTIQ led organization for over 4 years, in my positions I worked directly with the community. I served as a care and support officer and my task at the time was to interact with the community and stand in as a counsellor. My current position is that of a community mobilization officer. I am currently a member of the Global Fund Youth Council, a member of Commonwealth Youth Gender Equality network and an Ambassador for World Literacy Foundation. I am also a member of International Advisory Committee for the Power of Pride Project of Pan Africa ILGA, ILGA ASIA and COC Netherlands.
My goals are to increase visibility for Intersex persons and also created an avenue for more inclusion of everyone in advocating for sexual minorities and also to create link between the law and how it affects the rights of sexual minorities in Nigeria. My hobbies include: reading, research, meeting people, writing and adventure.
