Rhona has been an activist and campaigner for over 30 years now, with a focus on equality including feminism, LGBTQ+ and homelessness.

Since graduating she has worked as a project manager in a wide range of industries including events management, data analytics, software development and implementation, and pharmaceuticals, managing multi million dollar budgets. While at work se has been responsible for implementing Diversity & Inclusion policies, developing and delivering training on the same, bring her passion for equality to work

Currently she sits on the Global Steering Committee for her work’s Disability network, helps to run a local Homeless Outreach Group and is the Global Director of Membership for the BioPharmaceutical Project Management Organisation.
